5 Whole Years...

i cannot believe it. are we old enough to be married for 5 years? i'm still 23, right?

well, 'tis true. today is our fifth anniversary. i am so incredibly blessed by david. last year, on our anniversary date,  david told me he was ready to adopt. it will forever be burned into my memory - as we sat there at highlands bar & grill enjoying the best baked grits i've ever tasted - as one of the greatest moments of our marriage. he is my best friend. i can't wait to see him as a dad.

Our 4th Anniversary!

happy thanksgiving, one and all. and this year is a very special thanksgiving in the ytterberg household. today is our 4th anniversary (whaaaa???). it's so crazy to think that we've been married for four years. we've changed and grown so much. we've lived in three cities. and this past year has been probably the best so far. especially these last few months, we have learned so much about holding loosely what the Lord has blessed us with for him to use as he sees fit. i am so blessed to be married to such an amazing man! i love you, david!

...well, i hope there are more than 3 more. warning: it's about to get sappy! anyway, happy anniversary to my best friend! you are more than a blessing and i can't imagine anyone who would put up with half of what you put up with for me. you never cease to amaze me. can't wait to see how God changes the world because of you. thanks for the best 3 years of my life (so far).

2 Fantastic Years

well, it has officially been 2 years. i can hardly believe it. sometimes it feels like forever and sometimes it feels like it has flown by. either way, it's been awesome because i've been livin' it with my best friend. yay for us!
